Dehydrating Bell Peppers
Whether camping, bugging out or just in a hurry Dehydrated bell peppers can go good in omelets, stir fry, hobo stew or coffee can casserole.
They are light weight and easy to carry.

The only difference I see in green, red and yellow bell peppers once they are dehydrated is the color.

When too many bell peppers come in at one time in the garden they are either given away or cut up and frozen.
By dehydrating them, you are taking up little space and can rehydrate them to be used in many different meals.
