Jalapeno Peppers
Cream Cheese

Cut stem ends from jalapenos. Slice through one side, dig out all the seeds and veins. Wash and drain.
If desired boil them for 5-10 minutes to get lower the hotness of the jalapenos.

Spread cream cheese inside the jalapeno.
Add a peeled shrimp to each pepper.

Wrap bacon slices around the stuffed pepper and secure with a toothpick.

Grill, or cook on your Nu Wave Oven for 10 minutes on each side.

In conventional oven preheat to 375 degrees.
Bake on a rack for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Wear disposable food grade gloves when cleaning jalapenos. The oil from the pepper can burn your hands.

Delicious without the shrimp.

Stuff the jalapenos with quail.

Use cheddar, colby, mozzarella or your favorite cheese.
Combined or alone.

Left over taco meat and pepper jack cheese tastes great with the jalapenos.
