Boneless Beef Ribs Cooked in a Thermal Cooker

2/3 cup All-purpose flour
2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
4 pounds Beef ribs; boneless
1/4 cup butter; to 1/3 cup
1 large Onion; chopped
1 1/2 cups Beef broth
3/4 cup red wine vinegar; or cider vinegar
3/4 cup brown sugar; packed
1/2 cup Chili sauce
1/3 cup Ketchup
5 cloves Garlic; minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Chili powder

In large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add ribs in batches and shake to coat. In the large inner pot, brown ribs in butter. In the same pot , combine remaining ingredients. Cook & stir until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking at a hard boil for 15 to 20 minutes so all ingredients are well heated. Put pot in thermal cooker Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours.

Au Gratin Potatoes

1 3/4 cups dehydrated potatoes
1 1/2 cups hot water
   3/4  cup milk
1-2 tbls butter
1/2 - 3/4 cup dehydrated cheese

Mix all ingredients in small inner pot bring to boil. I didn't maintain a hard boil for 10 minutes, I just simmered it. I didn't want the milk to curdle or boil over.

Put small pot in big pot with the ribs, cover and place in the thermal cooker
